My mom received the copy of Dark Revelations that I’d sent her a few days ago. I’ve had her connected to the Real World through the lifeline of email and Internet for over a year now and we’re able to stay in touch and she’s able to say so many things she can’t in front of Daddy.
Like this one in response to reading the Dear Reader letter in the book, the letter about being a mom and the sacrifices you sometimes make. It’s a note to cherish.
…You have made a wonderful mother with wonderful children. And I am so proud of you. (and them) Its a pity there are not more mothers like you. If there were we would have a much better generation of young people….
Sniff. I love her, too.
