Meditations come in all shapes and sizes for me, but when it’s Dagenium, I know I’ve tapped into something ancient.
Dagenium is a message bringer. She stands on a small hill near its crest. A light breeze tangles her hair, some- times pushing it into her face. It keeps her grounded and present so that sometimes she must reach up with one hand and push the dark strands back. But at the moment, the breeze that ruffles her hair and her flowing clothes does not matter.
Her eyes are closed, her head tilted back. It’s easy to forget that she, the High Priestess of the Nolalalns, lived 20,000 years ago. People who understood that “all time is now.” Ones who saw all their past, all their present, all their future…all at once.
There’s no such thing as living in the moment. They lived in all the moments and knew the consequences of all the moments and of all things to come, and yet they still lived and loved, knowing not just the joys to come but also any tragedies.
