I love beautiful tarot and oracle cards, so for each chapter of each novel I write, I draw a card from one of my decks and read it intuitively. For this chapter, I drew the Two of Cups – Llewellyn Tarot. See the bottom of the page for information about the novel.

Hope for Wholeness (Epilogue ), The Lost Teachings of Dead Monks
I’ve drawn one last card for this book, The Lost Teachings of Dead Monks, to represent the epilogue and what the future looks like for Lilah and Raven. The card I’ve pulled is the beautiful Two of Cups from the Llewellyn Tarot deck.
This card is often interpreted as new love or falling in love, but that’s not necessarily the case here—though the Nike has clearly laid the groundwork for that vision. This card has another meaning though, one of partnership, which is what Lilah really wants out of a relationship.
She and Raven have established a gift of warm and dependable friendship, with her best interests at heart. From here, that friendship is ready to ripen into a partnership, beginning with working together to protect the world’s most dangerous books and leading through the coming pole shift and rebirth of the human race.
Law of Attraction, magical library, ancient artifact, witches and librarians. Both Lilah and Charlie try to use the Law of Attraction to get what they want but manifest their fears instead.
