Defining Play

Okay, I’m playing. Yes, just playing.
I spent the day working on projects and the evening working on  the house while listening to podcasts about interesting archeological discoveries and I decided to take a break and just…play.
I decided to toy with the idea of what I like about certain pairs of shoes I own, the ones I think are sexiest, at least, and try to capture the way they make me feel when I wear them, which isn’t very often. Most of the time, I’m wearing sequined flats, but every now and then, I pull out the heels.
Tonight,  I  pulled  them  out  for  the  sole  purpose
of…play.  It’s about as exhibitionist  as I get, and it was light and fun and exactly what I needed tonight.
